Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning and organizing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms
• Implement quality control measures to uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards
• Assist with receptionist duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, and handling inquiries
• Utilize social media platforms to promote the hotel's cleanliness initiatives
• Demonstrate team leadership skills in coordinating tasks with fellow uniform attendants

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
• Familiarity with housekeeping best practices and procedures
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling
• Ability to uphold quality control standards in cleanliness and presentation
• Willingness to perform receptionist duties as needed
• Proficiency in social media platforms for promoting hotel cleanliness
• Desire to learn and grow in a junior/associate role
