Responsibilities:
1. Product Design & Development:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative wealth products that align with market demands, regulatory requirements, and our company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet customer needs.
- Ensure product competitiveness and customer value through rigorous analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with actuarial, legal, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure product feasibility and regulatory compliance.
2. Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:
- Develop impactful sales materials, communication strategies, and sales ideas for new and existing wealth products.
- Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell our wealth solutions.
3. Market Intelligence & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the wealth management domain.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend product adjustments or innovations to address future client needs and market evolution.
- Proactively identify and assess potential partnerships and collaborations that enhance our wealth product offerings.
4. Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee product development initiatives using a structured project management approach.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., actuarial, product implementation, distribution) and external agencies to ensure timely and successful product implementation.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
5. Customer Insights & Analysis:
- Actively conduct research and analyze insights from clients and customers to inform product development and identify best practices.
- Utilize data-driven insights to tailor product offerings and communication strategies to meet the specific needs of diverse customer segments.
- Collaborate with the product development team to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- 10 years' working experience in Unit linked, Wealth's product, strategy or product proposition
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics or Marketing
- Working background in Actuary would be plus
- Solid knowledge in Financial, Investment and Life insurance
- Communication, Presentation and Project Management skills
- Fluent in English
