• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or related roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal English, Thai communication skills
