Talent Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management:

• Collaborate with business leaders and People Business Partners to formulate and execute appropriate talent development strategies
• Focus on provision of talent management tools (data-driven insights, guidelines and templates) that enable Business Leaders and people managers to manage their talents effectively

2. Talent Career Development

• Support employees in creating Individual Career Development Plans (ICDP) to align personal goals with company objectives.
• Provide guidance and resources for career growth, including coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Track and assess the progress of ICDPs and offer ongoing support and adjustments as needed.

3. Talent Engagement

• Take lead on engagement with a segment of talents, monitoring engagement level and proactively design engagement activities together with relevant People Business Partner and Business Leaders

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills including ability to communicate in English and Thai
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders well
• Project management skills (managing deliverables against budget and timeline)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Ability to come up with new solutions, willingness to learn from doing, and ability to analyze and draw insights from data are a strong plus
