Human Resources Assistant

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Secondary School Education (High School diploma or equivalent).

Experience:

• Experience Required: Three years of relevant experience in administrative and/or human resources support work.

Languages:

• English Proficiency: Working knowledge (proficient - level C) of English.

IT Skills:

• MS Office Applications: Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Internet and Office Technology: Competent in using internet and office technology equipment.

Residency:

• Eligibility: Candidates must be nationals of the country of the duty station or possess an existing visa/work permit and reside within commuting distance of the duty station. "Commuting distance" refers to the ability to travel daily between the place of work and residence.

• Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Good sense of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding HR and administrative matters.
