About The Job

Responsibilities:

• As a proposal manager, lead the team in crafting proposals for sustainability transformation opportunities in Thailand and SEA. Harness personal connections to foster trusted relationships, aiding client organizations with the expertise and tools needed for their sustainability journey.
• Take on the role of Project Manager, shaping the project's methodology, processes, and templates. Integrate both international and local sustainability frameworks, adjusting them to match the client's profile and industry.
• Enhance team capabilities by offering coaching, training, and guidance on sustainability topics and consulting techniques.
• Further practice development by serving as ABeam's ambassador, building business ties with experts, associations, communities, and industry events, and contributing to media publications.
• Stay updated on recent trends, positioning oneself as a subject matter expert in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Sustainability/ESG-related education or certifications are advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on sustainability topics. Expertise in Sustainability Transformation strategic planning, comprehensive knowledge in Sustainability/ESG regulations both local and international, ESG data gathering and analytical frameworks, and a track record in project execution is valuable
• Skilled in client engagement activities, including proposal crafting, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
• Established connections with managerial tiers in Thai or SEA companies is beneficial.
• Proficient in both English and Thai with the ability to communicate intricate concepts clearly.
• Strong documentation capabilities and adeptness with MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel both within and outside Thailand
