What You Will Do
Support CEO in Business Analysis & Decision-Making
- Work directly with the CEO to analyze business performance, track KPIs, and structure insights.
- Prepare ad-hoc business reports using data from multiple sources (online & offline).
- Assist in the development of business strategies through data analysis.
Project Ownership & Cross-Team Execution
- Take ownership of high-priority initiatives and push execution without micromanagement.
- Support and structure projects across teams
- Ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives, lead management, and process improvements.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Design, improve, and document workflows to enhance efficiency across teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in execution and propose automation solutions to free up time for sales and operations teams.
- Support the creation of SOPs and operational playbooks for better scalability.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Track business performance, operational metrics, and team productivity.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility on progress through structured dashboards and reports.
- Align with different teams to ensure targets, KPIs, and growth initiatives are on track.
Create High-Quality Presentations & Insights
- Prepare structured presentations for internal discussions, leadership meetings, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in fundraising, investor updates, and strategic business reviews when needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or project execution.
- Data-driven mindset – strong analytical skills and ability to structure insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Tools, and basic BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a plus).
- Self-sufficient and takes full ownership of projects.
- Enjoys solving operational challenges and structuring complex problems.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
