Sr. HR Training Supervisor - Rojana Plant

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: Partner with HR and Line Managers to identify training needs and develop competency matrices to meet team targets.
• Training Program Execution: Design and deliver training programs that translate PepsiCo values into actionable practices.
• Organizational Capability: Work with the Plant HR Manager to strengthen the Rojana Plant’s performance and capability.
• Core Process Achievement: Ensure effective execution of core processes to meet performance targets.
• Capability & Engagement: Support the CoE team in driving employee capability and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in HR training and development, including competency analysis and program management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
