    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand, optimize, and maintain our procedures, SOPs and systems to ensure efficient operation and troubleshoot any issues
    • Take ownership to analyze data and identify operational issues that impacting our suppliers and commercial performance
    • Convert insights into actions and reliably execute improvement projects
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service) to streamline processes and support commercial initiatives
    • Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
    • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the team’s overall success


    What You’ll Need To Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
    • Knowledge in SQL. Experience in quickly identifying system bugs, process issues, and develop/launch innovative solutions to fix problems at root cause
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
    • Demonstrate good commercial sense and business acumen
    • Good understanding of operational systems and processes
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong attention to detail with a bias for actions and execution
    • Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset
    • Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
