Specialist, B2B Marketing Communications

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop winning brand, content and communication strategies across all channels for awareness, consideration, and conversion of True Business
• Lead, execute, measure, report and improve content, campaigns and marketing activities across all True Business’s channels, including social media, website, email, event and beyond
• Collaborate with external partners/agencies for a strong synergy between product and communication
• Lead consumer insights and research, which includes gathering input and feedback from the sales team (such as customer needs, trends, campaign development, and performance)
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (primarily product management and trade marketing) and agency partners to develop campaigns that support product and service growth based on business objectives
• Manage budget planning for brand and marketing communications

Qualification Sought:

• Proven track record leading and executing successful campaigns from Brand to Lead Generation both online and offline (event)
• Experience in developing creative social media content plans and strategies as well as associated measurement strategies and performance metrics
• Experience in managing social media platforms and well knowledge of digital marketing
• Articulate and skilled in the use of language, with a solid grounding in Thai and English
• Understanding of B2B products and solutions
• Storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex contexts into easily understandable messages
• Customer-centric approach, adept at utilizing research findings to guide the way forward.
• Strong ownership, presentation, communication, leadership and negotiation skills
