Your main responsibility would be:
Work directly with leading OEMs to shape the cybersecurity of next-generation vehicles. Your expertise will make a real impact on the future of automotive innovation.
TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) Assessment & Compliance:
Lead TARA assessments across automotive projects.
Define and develop cybersecurity requirements and security concepts.
Ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155 standards for the latest automotive technologies.
Supplier Management:
Assess and provide mentorship to suppliers on cybersecurity deliverables.
Review and elevate the quality of supplier work products to meet internal and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners for all cybersecurity-related matters.
Manage supplier schedules and align security milestones with project timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
04+ relevant experience (Cybersecurity is plus)
Strong knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155 standards.
Hands-on experience with TARA methodology and security concept development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Fluent in both Japanese and English (business-level or higher in both spoken and written communication)
Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and security domains.
