Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. Support in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform under supervision.
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements with cross-functional teams.
Write clean and maintainable code/scripts with guidance from mentors.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
Help in preparing documentation for configurations, workflows, and custom logic.
Learn and explore new modules and features of ServiceNow through training and hands-on tasks
Stay updated on trends and technologies related to the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or other scripting languages.
Interest in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with software development concepts or methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Eagerness to learn about ITSM, Workflows, and Business Logic.
Soft skills:
