[ShopeeFood] Buyer Leadtime Management – Senior Level

• Analyze and evaluate the buyer experience to identify key improvement areas and enhance operational efficiency.

• Plan & Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure the alignment among cross departments to achieve overall business targets.

• Manage the initiatives deployment from end to end with minimum at risk and deliver on-time.

• Prepare and present periodic performance reports on buyer experience metrics, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders and further improvements.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles. Experience managing complex projects is a must.

• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal, in different contexts and to various stakeholders.

• Excellent time management skills & project management skills.

• Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and able to propose solutions for complex problems.

• Have a can-do attitude and a data-driven mindset.

• Work with an open mind, dedication and capable of working with different products and projects.
