Workforce Planning
Translate business targets into optimized org charts and workforce structures across the company.
Define ideal staffing ratios to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop quarterly fulfillment plans with vendors based on projected labor needs.
Review headcount planning requests monthly and assess needs based on labor productivity, overtime efficiency, and cost implications.
2. Daily/Weekly Monitoring and OT Control:
Allocate weekly OT budgets and set target working hours across nationwide Operations.
Validate daily headcount plans submitted to ensure resource alignment with forecasted volumes.
Monitor productivity and SLA achievement; flag deviations and propose adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Min 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, or data-driven roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
Solid communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
