Senior Workforce Planning - Operations, SPX Express

1. Workforce Planning

• Translate business targets into optimized org charts and workforce structures across the company.

• Define ideal staffing ratios to ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop quarterly fulfillment plans with vendors based on projected labor needs.

• Review headcount planning requests monthly and assess needs based on labor productivity, overtime efficiency, and cost implications.

   2. Daily/Weekly Monitoring and OT Control:

• Allocate weekly OT budgets and set target working hours across nationwide Operations.

• Validate daily headcount plans submitted to ensure resource alignment with forecasted volumes.

• Monitor productivity and SLA achievement; flag deviations and propose adjustments to maintain efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Min 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, or data-driven roles.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).

• Solid communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
