Senior System Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain development frameworks and standards
• Understand business functional expectations and translate into technical requirements
• Thoroughly understand the overall system architecture, technical solutions and functionalities of the products under responsibility.
• Provide realistic estimations, plans and impact assessments on any solutions
• Manage work plans and task assignments
• Manage quality and compliance of the deliverables
• Provide guidance to junior members
• Assess and provide solutions to complex issues or incidents
• Ensure proper DevOps process executions

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in System Analyst or Solution Architect
• Strong in development frameworks and standards
• Good knowledge in full development life cycles (Agile & Waterfall)
• Experience in technical programing and database design
• Good knowledge in IT Solution Architecture
• Experience/Knowledge in Cloud Solution is a plus
• Strong commitments and able to work under pressure
• Strong Team Management and Communication Skills
• Strong Leadership
• Retail Industry Experience is a plus
