Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Bring your experience and imagination to work alongside product managers, product designers, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver high quality products that meet customers' needs.

• Lead development team(s) by providing technical guidance, best practices and regular coaching to help team members from technical challenges.

• Responsible for all aspects of the software development life cycle, from design to development, implementation, and maintenance.

• Collaborate in a development scrum team on technical design, work estimation, implementation of the UI features including visual aspects and server-side logic.

• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations

• Facilitate to ensure the smooth delivery of projects to be delivered by the team

• Tackle challenging engineering problems in various domains.

• Lead the investigation and resolution of production issues and urgent incidents affecting users, ensuring minimal disruption and swift recovery.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in Go programming language

• Experience in Javascript framework for web applications such as ReactJs

• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS Cloud Platform would be a big advantage.

• Experience in application optimization for maximum speed, reliability and scalability.

• Familiarity with industry standard for modern technology for example, RESTful APIs, Relational Database, NoSql, Caching, Load Balancing, Containerized orchestration, Microservices architecture

• Experience in leading role of the development team(s) is a plus

• Knowledge of popular programming languages, such as Java SpringBoot, NodeJS, Python. is a plus

• Clear and professional communication skills in English.
