Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About The Opportunity

• Handle the end to end hiring process; including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
• Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various recruitment channels and tools
• Be proactive in managing your own pipeline and prioritization of tasks
• Manage and provide consultation to various level of stakeholders
• Maximize operational efficiency and consistency across TA platforms and systems
• Initiate and execute process improvements and standardizations within the talent acquisition team
• In charge of creating the employee agreements accurately
• Support on recruitment marketing / employer branding initiatives
• Support ad-hoc project when required

What you need to be successful

• Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
• At least 4 years of experience directly in Recruitment, Sourcing or related field; preferably in-house recruitment.
• Experiences in hiring executive positions are an advantage
• Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
• Strong organizational skills with proactive personality
• Knowledge in the Thai labor market would be a plus
