Senior Product Manager (Martech)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements, specifically in Martech and marketing automation.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes in campaign management system and social media publishing.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities in marketing technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to develop user-friendly, scalable digital products that enhance marketing efficiency.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success, using insights to iterate and improve based on user feedback.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support product development and integration efforts.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer/tenant needs and preferences to drive product innovation and enhance user experience in marketing applications.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on Martech and marketing automation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery in the marketing space.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, particularly in campaign performance and user engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and best practices in product management, especially in the context of marketing technologies.
• Passion for innovation with a customer-centric mindset to drive product excellence.
• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
