Senior Organization Development Specialist, Zalo

Organization solution design:

• Design parts of organization and talent development disciplines in some of the aspects: Organizational Design/ Structure, Organizational Capability Building, Job Review/ Standardization, Performance management system, Leadership and/or Functional competency development, Succession planning, Internal rotation...;

• Set and track the effectiveness of the design in-charged;

Organization solution implementation:

• Implement or Lead the implementation of assigned organization and talent development disciplines, to ensure the outcome, quality, timeline and resources;

• Improve implementation capabilities of the team through mentoring and other informal methods to junior members;

Client Relationship Management and Consulting:

• Develop the partnering relationships with middle management across the organization, building a high level of professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring that internal clients have access to high-quality expert advice and guidance;

Market research

• Conduct market research and be able to select appropriate organizational and talent development frameworks with the organization's scale, culture and needs;

Systems, data and technology

• Define the needs of system, data and technology usage for in-charged areas/ projects and oversee its implementation.

👾 What you will need

• 5+ years of experience working in organizational development, talent development or HR analytics in medium-to-large organization and/or functional business unit;

• Track record in tech sector is preferable;

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals;

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders including leadership, managers, and employees;

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;

• Proficient with Microsoft or related software;
