Community Training & Engagement Strategist - Business Development, Shopee

• Develop and implement scalable and standardized training programs for both internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and seller needs.

• Lead E2E training projects to enhance seller engagement, strengthen seller communities, and optimize seller investment.

• Create engaging, high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.

• Track, analyze, and optimize training effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve seller performance.  

• Partner with internal teams (e.g., BD, Marketing, Government Relations) to align training with platform updates, strategic goals, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong government and CSR partnerships to support seller education initiatives.

• Leverage community networks to grow and strengthen seller engagement.

• Standardize training processes and templates to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement training activities and seller engagement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Proven experience in seller training, community management, or a related field.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Expertise in instructional design and creating multimedia training content (videos, e-learning, presentations).

• Deep understanding of e-commerce operations, seller challenges, and growth strategies.

• Strong analytical skills to track training impact and optimize programs based on data.

• Well-connected within seller communities and experienced in driving engagement initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Willingness to travel for business trips.
