• Develop and execute the overall digital performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth,
and brand awareness for our cosmetic brand's E-commerce platform.
• Lead and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM),
display advertising, paid social media, and affiliate marketing, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the
digital marketing landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to plan and execute integrated marketing
campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience.
• Optimize website and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to drive
continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and proactively
recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's digital presence.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely
execution of campaigns.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance guidelines related to digital marketing and ensure the brand's
activities align with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in E-commerce and digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, and
identify opportunities for their implementation.
Qualification and Experience
• Education: Bachelor Degree in relating fields.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within the cosmetics industry and E-commerce environment.
• Strong expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, Paid Social Media, Display, Affiliate Marketing, Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and other E-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CPAS campaigns, as well as both onsite and offsite ads to maximize sales performance.
• In-depth knowledge of key digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS and overall business results.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques to boost organic visibility.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and branding fundamentals with the ability to integrate brand objectives into performance-driven campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
• Computing: MS Office, especially Excel.
