    User Operations Lead-Vietnam

    Position Details

    • Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain efficient collaboration channels between the regional user operation teams and country management and key teams, ensuring smooth information transfer and strategy alignment
    • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the regional user operation team to support and oversee their work implementation at the country level.     Job Requirements

    • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in user operations or e-commerce business, preferably with work experience in multinational companies.
    • Skills Requirements:
    o Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effective interaction with management and team members at different levels.
    o Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant analytical tools and software
    o Keen market insight and strategic planning abilities, able to quickly adjust operational plans based on market dynamics.
    • Personal Qualities:
    o Excellent leadership and team management abilities, able to guide and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
    o Results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of maintaining high efficiency under pressure.
    o Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, willing to accept challenges and propose creative solutions.
    o Be curious about products, with a strong sense of responsibility, good team player, good communication and coordination skills, and be able to withstand pressure.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English, capable of efficient communication and collaboration in English. Proficiency in Mandarin(Chinese) is considered a plus
