Your main role is to:

• Poven experience (>3 years) in planning and executing a variety of events.
• Ability to develop innovative event concepts and themes.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating event logistics, timelines, and schedules.
• Experience in budget creation and management for events.
• Skill in selecting and managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing event partners.
• Understanding of how events contribute to overall marketing strategies.
• Ability to create effective event promotion strategies, including social media and other channels.
• Ensuring events align with and reinforce the brand's identity and messaging.
• Capacity to address challenges and solve problems quickly and efficiently during events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen changes and a fast-paced event environment.
• Familiarity with project or event management software and tools.
• Capability to negotiate contracts, agreements, and sponsorships.
• Keen eye for detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.
• Ensuring a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders.
• Using data to evaluate the success of events and make data-driven decisions.
• Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and deliver successful events.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within the marketing department.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative ideas into events.
• Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset while upholding a high level of professionalism in all interactions and representations of the company.
• Demonstrating enthusiasm and passion for creating memorable and impactful events.
• Create and manage cost-effective events within budget.

Who are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of direct experience in marketing communication, event management or relative field.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in any field of study but preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or Business.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Good in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace
• Graphic/ image edit software
• Project management tool
• Video conferencing programs
• Social media
• Survey programs
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and competent in producing reports.
• Self-motivated, team spirit, professional and results oriented.
• Fluent in English and Thai. Proficiency in a third language will be a bonus
