Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury or banking
• Strong numerical, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Deal with banks and financial institutions for execution of debenture, loan, bill of exchange, promissory note and other credit facilities
• Manage debenture and loan contracts to ensure the compliance with all covenants and conditions under debenture/loan agreements.
• Perform cashflow projection for funding plan
• Manage treasury activities including payment, bank account management, cash & liquidity management and intercompany funding
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and supporting documents for financial reports on monthly basis
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange risk
• Perform other tasks as assigned
