Objective: Expand the B2B market, grow the enterprise customer network, and achieve sales growth.
Products/Services: Comprehensive, flexible logistics and transportation solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
Target Clients: Enterprises in FMCG (food, beverages, fast-moving consumer goods), Electronics, Home Appliances, Cosmetics, Agricultural Products & Food, Fashion, Jewelry, and high-value goods.
Department: Business Development – Customer Service Division.
Reports to: Sales Manager.
Identify and approach large enterprises in e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, retail, FMCG, etc. to introduce GHTK’s logistics solutions.
Consult and propose logistics solutions (delivery, warehousing, fulfillment, etc.) that best meet the client’s specific operational needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients; negotiate and finalize contracts; oversee post-sale service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless service implementation.
Conduct market research, stay updated on trends and opportunities, contribute to business development strategy, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Support junior and middle-level sales team members in achieving their KPIs.
Compensation: 20-30 million VND, including: base salary (based on seniority), sales incentives, top sales bonuses, year-end bonuses, holiday bonuses (based on performance and level).
Training & Development: Mentorship programs and opportunities to develop solution-oriented thinking for enterprises; exposure to in-depth, multi-sector logistics models, and pathways to become a long-term “solution architect.”

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Finance, or International Trade…).
Experience: At least 3 years in B2B sales, with experience in domestic transportation or delivery services (transportation, courier/fulfillment) for enterprises.
Knowledge: Proficiency in the B2B sales process; basic understanding of logistics operations and enterprise activities in sectors such as e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, and FMCG.
Skills: Strong direct sales skills, including proactive client sourcing and outreach, needs analysis, solution consulting, negotiation, and deal-closing.
Languages: Basic communication skills in English or Chinese, or Japanese.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, alternating Saturdays.
