(Senior) Account Management (Retail), Zalopay

1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Maintain relationships and ongoing cooperation with existing merchants (medium-scale portfolio).

• Explore deeper business lines with clear targets for adding new products/merchants and improving the performance of each product (e.g., expanding to online/offline channels, advertising collaborations).

• Collaborate with the Leader (Junior role) / Take full ownership (Senior role) to develop concrete plans and roadmaps to grow category performance (merchants in each category).

• Monitor and take full responsibility for the performance of assigned merchants, ensuring targets are met and backup solutions are implemented promptly.

• Work with the Leader (Junior) / Take the lead (Senior) to develop partnership proposals and facilitate partnership agreements.

• Align with Line Manager on the overall plan and team action roadmap.

2. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants, making them stronger and deeper.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution (including Marketing, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams).

3. INITIATIVE CREATOR

• Conduct market and competitor research to proactively propose development directions (Senior) / Collaborate with the Leader (Junior) to define development directions for managed merchants/categories.

• Take ownership as a business owner, steering all relevant stakeholders to execute according to targets and timelines.

Yêu cầu

• Senior: 3–4 years of experience; Junior: 2–3 years of experience managing retail category partners (e.g., Fashion, Beauty, Minimart) in roles such as Account Manager (preferred) or Business Development.

• Knowledge of fintech (previous experience in fintech or roles involving fintech collaboration) and understanding of retail merchants (experience managing retail merchant portfolios).

• Growth mindset, resilience under high pressure, strong ambition, and relevant domain knowledge.

• Basic English proficiency
