Responsibilities

• Run Thailand RD safely meeting Sherwin RD EHS policy
• Monthly lab 5S report and improvement actions
• IP management within Thailand lab scope.
• Epoxy based product portfolio management and profit improvement
• individual/team KPI fulfillment
• Epoxy based product development/modification to grow SEA business, starting from Thailand
• cost reduction on Epoxy product portfolio
• Product benchmark and application recommendation supporting Sherwin Packaging business growth
• Product transfer & Toller RD support
• Toller support following Sherwin PI process including training/lab sample/scale-up

Qualifications

• 15 years coating related experience or 10 years adhesive + 10 years chemicals
• Project management/lab management/team work/communication with customers/stakeholders/decision making
