Develop comprehensive project plans for real estate developments, including defining the project scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Oversee the construction process from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.
Manage financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting. Ensure the project is completed within the approved financial scope.
Identify potential risks related to site conditions, construction, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
Monitor all phases of the project to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular site inspections and manage any issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry, with a strong background in construction and development.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and real estate management tools.
Strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, zoning laws, and building codes.
