Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

·      Brand Storytelling

·      Represents all kinds and participating brands by presenting their stories, intentions, and core values.

·      Demonstrate a deep product knowledge and capable of giving expert advice to help potential customers make informed purchase decisions.

·      Sales & Customer Service

·      Provides service to all customers by determining their needs and recommends related products in a thoughtful and accurate manner. (Online and offline platforms)

·      Ensuring consistently memorable and inspiring experience for all all kinds visitors.

·      Actively collect customer feedback and relevant updates to share information with the team and participating brands.

Operational Excellence:

·      Master on daily operations at point of sales and in-store activities.

·      Ensures the store and brand merchandising are always well organized.

·      Manages financial transactions and collects payment using the store POS system.

·      Monitors and manages inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.

·      Submit weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.

Required skills:
