Restaurant Manager

The Role:

• Oversee the Food & Beverage operations to ensure company standards are met
• Maintain the food & service standards, and the product knowledge to the highest standard
• Ensure maximal revenue and profit are achieved from all sales opportunities
• Monitor the weekly food, beverage, variable and wage costs to ensure they are in line with the budget
• Work on members’ feedback with the Membership team to ensure the offering of the best members’ experience
• Support and assist in the employee life cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and motivation, performance management, retention and separation

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Excellence revenue & cost management
• Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
• Very good team leader & team player, must have leadership, coaching and staff development experience
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact
• Available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours” (weekends and holidays)
• Right Attitude , Creative ,Passionate, Good Collaboration & Accountability
• Fluent English & Thai
