Are you ready to be the face of Aesop's, the Greek haven in the heart of Sukhumvit 16? We are seeking a vibrant and professional Hostess to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step into Aesop's.

· Efficiently handle reservations using our reservation program, ensuring accuracy and organization in guest seating.

· Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management. Strong English skills are essential for seamless interactions.

· Maintain a polished and professional appearance, embodying the ethos of Aesop's Restaurant & Rooftop.

· Handle guest concerns and inquiries with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.

· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from answering phone calls to coordinating seating arrangements during peak hours.

· Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality field.

· A fun and outgoing personality coupled with a high level of professionalism.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

· Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.

· Experience in using reservation programs will be a significant advantage.
