Job Purposes
To deliver IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders, in-line with business objectives and operational requirements;
To provide professional IT service delivery;
To drive system usage, and support digitalization and innovation initiatives within Maersk.
Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support
Responding to RFQs/RFPs and questionnaires
Assisting BD/Sales in solution presentations
Coordinating with AOT on automation projects
Acting as a business consultant for technology, leading discussions on technology application related topics
Implementations
IT Project Manager
Managing the IT deliverables across all logistics systems (WMS, TMS, 3rd party solutions, RFID, auto sorting, etc.)
Tracking delivery progress by utilizing project management tools such as Asana, Jira, MS projects, etc.
Ensure quality and timeline in-line with overall plan committed with stakeholders
Coordinating with TPM, GIT and various technology teams
IT Business Analyst / System Analyst
Joining workshops for drafting BRD and SDD with internal and external stakeholders
Creating FBRs and any CRs from the workshops, including integration technical requirements dashboard and reporting requirements new system functions
Performing system configuration and report development
Performing unit testing, system testing on the CRs, configuration, reports, and integration
Conducting Super User training, if required
Working with Super Users to create UAT scripts, and to assist the testing with operation users
Troubleshooting and coordinating resolution for issues found during testing
Providing support during Go-live and Hyper care period
Technical Support / BAU Support
First-level support to both implementation teams and ongoing operations.
Developing labels, reports, and interfaces as needed.
Providing post-production support to ensure system stability and issue resolution.
Coordinating with other technology teams (e.g., AOT, PE, and others) to address issues.
Driving process improvements, which may involve taking a leading role in projects or Change Requests (CRs).
Assisting with customer or internal audits, ensuring compliance with system and security requirements.
Coordinating with various teams and informing operations and customers about planned downtimes, code freezes, and other system maintenance activities.
Ensuring that all Change Requests resulting from external customers' scope changes are properly quoted and billed in coordination with account management and operations.
