Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Workforce Planning
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business demand and local labor market conditions
• Improve and optimize blue-collar labor systems and recruitment efficiency
2. Channel & Talent Pool Management
• Manage and expand recruitment channels (online, offline, partnerships)
• Strengthen labor candidate pipelines and ensure sourcing continuity
3. Cost Control & Supplier Management
• Establish a recruitment cost control system; continuously optimize hiring cost structure
• Oversee recruitment supplier performance and participate in vendor evaluation and management
4. Team Management & Capacity Building
• Lead regional warehouse recruitment teams; provide training and strategic guidance
• Drive professional development of recruiters and improve team output
5. Data Analysis & Crisis Response
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and deliver data-driven insights
• Adjust strategies based on labor supply trends and deliverables
• Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns and crisis management during peak hiring periods
6. Government Liaison & Compliance
• Coordinate with labor bureaus and handle incidents related to labor disputes, social insurance, or compliance
