Understand the products and learn more about what makes Ananda's Products unique and appealing to customers.
Provide customers with information on Ananda’s Products that match their needs.
Track and follow up on all customer’s statuses from first contact until the transfer’s process is completed.
Keep good relationship with customers for potential referral or new business with them in the future.
Maintain reports and record data used in sales function (weekly, monthly, quarterly) such as conversion rate, customer status tracking, customer contact tracking, etc.
Handling unanticipated situations with politeness and skill.
Other job assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
Must hold a Thai passport.
3+ years of experience working luxury segment in real estate business, or relevant
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Understand the transaction documents and the structure
Collaborate with team and relevant departments to achieve the company goal
