Actively identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies for the success of the program
Measures and reports on risks, actions, progress, outcome and results within the agreed programme governance

5-10 years of proven experience of project management on large scale global programs, especially in SAP manufacturing
Expert level in project management methodologies and tools. SAP activate methodology and/or PMP certification a plus
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle and coordinate the work of large groups in big programs
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify, assess and resolve issues, risks and dependencies.
Good communication skills and ability to inspire teams to deliver
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, functionalities and integration points in the retail or manufacturing space a plus
