Product Owner

About the Role

• Work closely with key stakeholders & business users to understand the market, customer and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions
• Develop healthcare business use cases and core values to create the best product solutions
• Write user stories as a simple document for communicating with the Design and Development teams
• Manage, update and and prioritize product feature and user stories in the backlog to ensure that team is working on highest priority tasks
• Plan, arrange, and prioritize development sprints for squad team.
• Breaking product management’s epics into user stories
• Evaluate progress at each stage of development
• Understand and communicate product status and progress updates to stakeholders
• Convey requirement or vision & roadmap of digital products and services to the related business users and team members
• Collaborate with Product team to deliver feature requirements containing process flows, user stories, and a cohesive UX/UI design
• Collaborate with Tech team to understand structure and tech stack
• Communicate with Tech team and answer dev questions about the reasoning for user stories or tasks
• Collaborate with Solution Delivery team to connect with users and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as computer science, engineering, or business)
• 2+ years of experience in a related field such as product management
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management process
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hands on experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in hospital management or electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the HealthTech industry
