Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap, identifying growth opportunities for the team.
• Conduct customer research to understand needs, market trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with company goals.
• Provide input on project estimations and define scope and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, including user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Lead product release planning and set expectations for new features.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct product demos for customers and stakeholders.
• Provide post-launch support and coordinate issue resolution with the technical team.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail (O2O), E-commerce, Omni-channel, Data-driven marketing, or Data science.
• Familiarity with CRM, Loyalty programs, and Campaign Management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile processes with project management experience.
• CX or UX/UI experience is preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a business mindset.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
