Digital Marketer (TCASter)
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management – Lead digital marketing projects from planning to reporting, including ad setup, audience targeting, content generation, page management, and budget allocation.
Content-Driven Growth – Create content marketing strategies that expand brand visibility, drive engagement, and support conversion goals across digital channels.
Multi-Platform Execution – Manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LINE Ads, and other relevant platforms to reach business objectives.
Performance Reporting – Gather, analyze, and report on campaign results across channels, offering actionable insights and clear next steps.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to deliver client presentations and support lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LINE Ads, and more.
Strong knowledge of campaign setup, A/B testing, retargeting, performance tracking, and reporting best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate data insights clearly.
A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
Age between 22–30 years old.
Portfolio Required – include past campaign work or case studies that showcase your capabilities.
