Analyze seller operations data and voice of sellers from multiple sources to draw insights on their pain-points & sentiment towards Shopee;
Propose & drive solutions with other functional teams to enhance seller capability & experience;
Conduct competitor benchmarking, seller survey, market research as part of solution development;
Prepare and present reports/proposals to stakeholders to assist in their decision-making process;
Ensure effective communications of solutions to sellers across Shopee’s Official Channels (website, app notifications, email, etc.);
Monitor seller performance and sentiment towards new solutions for continuous improvement;
Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc:
At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in performance improvement for e-commerce, consulting, or relevant industries;
Experience in using analytical skills and leveraging data to uncover insights, develop solutions, and analyze impacts;
Ability to present complex data & information in a concise & structured way;
Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail and working individually and with others, resourceful in getting the job done;
Strong verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
