Obtain necessary permit for construction (cogeneration & renewable) and operation (cogeneration) phase of company project while coordinating with related stakeholder both of external and internal parties
Monitor permit license operating process to ensure efficiency, quality of work and all permits will be done within timeline
Manage and maintain data, necessary document, and file to ensure accuracy and readiness
Provide and distribute relevant data or document to related internal party as requested
Analyze and develop executive reports that related to permit and license functions as requested
Provide guidance and suggestion on the interpretation and application of permit license condition, related regulation and procedures to management, other functions, and subordinates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power field is preferable
Knowledgeable, understand and experience in Energy Market and Policy or project management or permit license process
Act as liaison between the company and related license agencies
