    Performance marketing Associate

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    Ad Spend Optimization:

    • Propose and implement performance marketing strategies to optimize ad spend across multiple digital platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, display advertising).
    • Execute and optimize performance media (Google AdWords / Facebook Ads and other digital media) in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
    • Design and execute A/B tests for various creative concepts to determine the most effective messaging and visuals.

    Campaign Management:

    • Develop digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with the Scale team to oversee the creation and execution of recruitment campaigns for the Fellowship Program.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure successful lead generation.
    • Work with creative agencies to develop compelling marketing materials.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
    • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on marketing performance.


    Apply if you have:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
    • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with good communication skills
