    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, target customer segments, and revenue streams. 
    • Marketing and Branding: Oversee marketing efforts, including brand positioning, messaging, and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. 
    • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights and market research to identify target audiences and develop effective strategies. Implement retention programs to enhance customer loyalty, maximize lifetime value, and reduce churn rates. 
    • Data Analytics and Performance Metrics: Establish key performance metrics and measurement systems to track and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. 
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, Product, Engineering, Numbers, and Operations, to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork. 
    • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth, expand market reach, and enhance the company’s competitive advantage. Negotiate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders. 
    • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing growth team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. 
    • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Leverage market intelligence to inform decision-making and guide growth strategies. 


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
    • At least five years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on driving growth in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions. 
    • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies. 
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments. 
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. 
    • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on opportunities. 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. 
    • Strong business acumen and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
