Responsibilities:

• Review and optimize engineering designs to ensure alignment with production requirements, enhancing machine functionality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with operational teams to capture user insights and translate them into design improvements for seamless manufacturing integration.

• Lead execution phases, assisting in the transition from design to production while troubleshooting technical challenges to minimize disruptions.

• Ensure holistic system integration, incorporating process optimization, workforce ergonomics, and material flow considerations into all machine designs.

• Manage code creation, BOM setup, and master data readiness, ensuring timely and accurate system updates for new production lines.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to validate new materials, packaging, and SKU adjustments.

• Track and resolve operational bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements in machine performance and production workflow efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering integration, or process optimization within industrial or production environments.

• Strong technical understanding of engineering design principles and their practical application in real-world manufacturing settings.

• Minimum Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum proficiency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration with international teams.

• Preferably with experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods company in Southeast Asia.

• Engineering Design & Manufacturing Systems Integration – Strong understanding of machine design principles, industrial automation platforms (Siemens, SCADE), and their application in production environments.

• Process Optimization & Workflow Management – Ability to assess and enhance process, people, and material flow, ensuring efficient and scalable manufacturing operations.

• Technical Troubleshooting & Execution Support – Expertise in identifying and resolving operational challenges, ensuring smooth transitions from design to implementation.
