Minibar Attendant

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to established standards
• Ensure minibars are neatly organized and stocked with a variety of items
• Track inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate department
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests who request items from the minibar
• Ensure that all minibar transactions are accurately recorded and processed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Previous experience in bartending, communication, culinary arts, or food and beverage operations is a plus
• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol guidelines
• No supervisory experience required
