Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated media plans aligned with campaign objectives
Manage media buying, placements, and budget allocations across all platforms
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, account, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging
Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, including contract negotiation and OOH surveys
Monitor bookings and ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 7 years of media planning/buying experience; leadership experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels
Proficient in media analytics and reporting tools
Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
