Developing, justifying, and optimizing end-to-end recruiting procedures (application, interviewing, onboarding etc.) to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Controlling the performance and review efficiency of recruitment agencies and job portals.
Closely coordinating with the Performance Management team to develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment performance.
Training, mentoring, and developing team members towards SPX Xpress requirements, including career development planning and opportunities.
Steering, evaluating, and ensuring the performance and efficiency of the responsible recruitment team towards agreed KPIs and stakeholders’ expectations.
Preparing and delivering yearly recruitment plans and leading recruitment teams to perform against hiring demand.
Regularly visit on-site operational sites and survey competitors to gain deep insights, thereby providing timely support for operations.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business management or related majors.
At least 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting or HR in a fast-paced environment is preferred for a similar senior role.
Proficient in researching and applying related recruitment technology to increase productivity.
An excellent communicator and team player, able to influence and build long-term professional relationships across various levels.
Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
Strong leadership skills in handling a large team, particularly the ability to guide and coach team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management skills.
