Marketing and Communications Collaborator

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for document preparation such as invitation letters, agreements, and purchasing documents with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• You are responsible for report extraction, monitoring, and Follow-Up.
• You are responsible to extract and compile reports, including but not limited to the Win report, Fred report, Market Lead report, and Business Partner review.
• You are responsible to monitor report deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and assist in making data-driven decisions.
• You are responsible for inventory Management & Handling: Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient handling of materials.
• You are responsible for data clean up and cross-check: Identify and rectify inaccuracies in data, particularly focusing on open quotes with discrepancies and opportunities no longer in use. Cross-check data to ensure its accuracy and reliability, contributing to improved decision-making.
• You are responsible to conduct thorough internet research to identify potential business partners (BPs) and industry trends, facilitating the recruitment process.
• You are responsible to perform annual checks and updates on existing business partners to ensure continued alignment with company objectives.
• You are responsible to support event management.

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Work Experience 1-2 years

Attributes and skills:

• You are fluent in English and Thai, written and spoken.
• Proven experience in operations coordination, document preparation, and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles is a plus.
• Event management & Digital Marketing Experience is a plus.
