Manager Product Management

General Responsibilities

• To develop Microbiology (Food Quality, Food safety and Environment) educational programs for internal and external customers (Industrial) and adapt programs according to the local environment and culture.
• Deliver training modules and programs to internal and external customers in the form of wet/dry workshops and webinars.
• Develop, manage and maintain a Key Opinion Leader network.
• Be the regional technical expert for our Microbiology (with all segment and product range)
• Support Direct local sales teams, subdealers, on their technical enquiries and needs.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with end users as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Support product development and improvement.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Relevant experience in food safety and microbiology.
• Interpersonal and outstanding communication skills.
• Strong in negotiation, master at deal making.
• Good presentation skills.
• Fluent in the English language.
