To develop Microbiology (Food Quality, Food safety and Environment) educational programs for internal and external customers (Industrial) and adapt programs according to the local environment and culture.
Deliver training modules and programs to internal and external customers in the form of wet/dry workshops and webinars.
Develop, manage and maintain a Key Opinion Leader network.
Be the regional technical expert for our Microbiology (with all segment and product range)
Support Direct local sales teams, subdealers, on their technical enquiries and needs.
Troubleshoot technical problems with end users as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
Support product development and improvement.
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Relevant experience in food safety and microbiology.
Interpersonal and outstanding communication skills.
Strong in negotiation, master at deal making.
Good presentation skills.
Fluent in the English language.
