Management Associate (CEO Office)

The role may encompass:

Corporate Direction and Planning

• Work with the CEO to develop corporate strategy and action plan, ensure indicator alignment, build marketing and go-to-market plan, perform a risk analysis, monitor progress, and flag corrective actions
• Serve as a sales consultant by winning new businesses and growing sales through the acquisition of customers and partners
• Manage budget preparation, requirements, and review processes in line with corporate requirements
• Monitor industry movement and flag business gaps/opportunities
• Prepare and/or review high-level correspondences, proposals, research papers, presentations, and organizational communications

Strategic Project Management

• Own and/or support strategic initiatives across prioritized pillars
• Identify project scope, roadmap, implement a plan, and measures of success while ensuring sustainable results
• Conduct feasibility studies, business research, and analysis
• Support and/or facilitate the delivery of projects effectively and efficiently

Relationship Building

• Build and manage long-term relationships across the network of partners and customers for/with the CEO
• Communicate initiatives, plans, implementations, and follow-ups of related initiatives

Operational Excellence

• Support the CEO and leadership in organizational design, ensuring that structures align with business needs and growth objectives
• Contribute to people operations, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
• Collaborate with finance teams to oversee accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives across operational areas, driving efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from leading institutions with 2-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, technology, or other related fields
• Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Passionate about Tech and Digital Products, such as AI, ML
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management, and product and product portfolio management skills
• Experience in digital transformation, digital product development, and sales, startup ecosystem, or scalability of disruptive digital products is a huge plus
• Experience in Sales and Business Development for private corporations and public entities is a plus
• Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment and get things done
• Obsessed about customers and their successes
• Proficient in English and Thai (verbal and written)
