Responsibilities

• ATM Support With guidance, performs and / or assists with support requests, including: Detecting and classifying incidents and initial support, investigation, diagnosis, resolution / recovery and closure.
• Install, build and maintain Vynamic View system (includes monitoring system, event configuration, jobs, rules and message template)
• Monitoring Events tunings, jobs, rules
• Change BOIS password for ATMs File Distribution, send Screens, Windows update
• Install Diebold Nixdorf products and fixes.
• Troubleshoot and trace files analyses
• Design and review ProView business rules/logic/services and assessed gaps with Vynamic View functionality
• Configuring ATM Incident Management tool (Vynamic View IM)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science
• Minimum 2 years work experience of the following:
• MSSQL server
• Windows server OS
• Web Applications
• Network
• Troubleshooting
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualification:

• Previous work experience in banks or ATM is beneficial
